You can also order by sending a letter, fax or email with your name, address, book title(s), preferred way of payment (VISA or bank) and preferred way of postage (standard, priority, WPS) to CNWS Publications.

Shipping and handling
All prices are excluding handling and shipping costs. The minimum charge for (standard) packing and postage is € 7,14 (within The Netherlands) / € 8,50 (Europe) / € 12,00 (outside Europe). Charges depend on the weight of your order. Unfortunately, the Special Book Tariff has been abolished by TNT Post.

Please note that standard mail outside Europe can take 2-8 weeks, and also within Europe standard mail is rather unpredictable. For priority mail we offer two options: 'plain' priority or Special Priority. Special Priority is more expensive but offers track trace possibility.
Books will be sent by standard mail unless otherwise indicated. Orders are usually shipped within one week.

Forms of Payment
We prefer credit card payment (VISA only). As information transmitted via the Internet could be observed by a third party, please send your VISA charge card information (name on card, card number, expiration date and cvc (Card Validation Code: the final three digits in black print on the back of your card) by postal mail or by fax to: +31 (0)71 527 29 39, or send the information in separate e-mails.
Within the EU, you can also pay to our bank account (ABN AMRO) with IBAN/BIC codes. From outside the EU, we charge € 7,00 extra to cover bank fees. We also accept international checks.

Prices and discounts

All prices are in Euros (€) and excluding 6% VAT. Customers from outside the European Union do not pay VAT. For sales within the EU, 6% VAT will be added unless a VAT number is supplied with the order. A 30% discount applies to all book trade orders.

After receiving your order we will contact you with further details about the exact costs of your order, including the costs of your preferred way of shipment and form of payment.
